I was raised in a home where we went to church regularly. I went to Sunday school as a child and was confirmed in the church. However, as happens to many in this American culture, over time I drifted away from my faith. If you had asked me who Jesus Christ was, I may have provided the correct answer. I may have even said, I believed in the essentials of the faith. However, my life did not reflect a genuine living faith. Eventually life circumstances led me to have a crisis in my life to the extent I needed to know for certain whether these Christian beliefs were real. God led me to many different people and sources, exposing me to the answers I needed. The Apostle Paul said the knowledge and learning he received he passed on to others. So, I now have a ministry to teach others what I have learned. I want to present to the genuine seeker of the truth THE CHRISTIAN CASE! About Me.
My background is in healthcare. I had a long and successful career as a clinician, as a manager, and as a senior officer. I thoroughly enjoyed my career but retired at the dawn of 2023. Most importantly, I have been active in my church since the early 1990's serving in many capacities. The role which I have enjoyed the most is that of a teacher of Adult Sunday School. My years of reading and study prepared me to teach a multitude of subjects. I am not an academic. I don't consider myself a scholar by any means! I am simply a Christian disciple of several decades who has dedicated himself to spiritual growth and learning. Recently, I began recording some of the lessons I have taught, which I share on this site. Immediately below are "Recommended Resources" which I have found instructive and informative. The next section offers you playlists for the lessons I have taught and recorded. Joe Focht is the Pastor at Calvary Chapel - Philadelphia. I have been listening to his sermons for three decades. I may have learned more from him than any other teacher. His "Verse by Verse" teaching through the entire BIBLE is extraordinarily instructive and beneficial. I highly recommend him.
John MacArthur
John MacArthur was the Pastor of Grace Community Church in Panorama City, California. His ministry continues via a radio and podcast ministry call "Grace to You". His preaching is very biblically faithful and uncompromisingly truthful. He is another teacher who has taught me so much over many years. This is another teacher and ministry I highly recommend.
